Ringly's bracelets and rings work like trackers, but look just like jewelry.

When it comes to fashion, we're all about multifunctional pieces. In our book, anything wearable that serves more than one purpose is a great investment, from swimwear to workout clothes. That's why we were pretty psyched about Ringly's new spring collection, which features super-pretty statement rings and bracelets that do *way* more than meets the eye. (BTW, here's some fun fitness jewelry to inspire your next workout.)

If you're not familiar with the brand, they started out with the concept of a ring ($165; ringly.com) that not only tracks your steps, but also notifies you of new alerts on your smartphone via gentle vibrations and inconspicuous light patterns that you can customize depending on the app the notification is coming from. For example, you get one buzz pattern and a purple light for a new email, a different buzz pattern and a blue light when your Lyft is arriving. That way, you don't have to stop what you're doing to check your phone if you're in the middle of doing something-because you're busy, obvi. You can switch up the notifications really easily via the Ringly app, and there are four different vibration patterns and five different light colors to choose from. Plus, the jewelry is compatible with over 100 different apps. In other words, no matter what's high on your priority list, you're covered.

After the initial success of the ring styles, the brand decided to come out with bracelets ($165; ringly.com), which work in a similar way but are easier to wear during a workout and less of a statement if you work in a conservative office environment. Both styles are water-resistant, so you don't have to worry about breaking a sweat in your spin class or in the shower you'll take afterwards. The pieces also work within 20 to 30 feet of your phone, so you don't have to have it on you during your workout in order to stay up to date. Convenient, right?

Each season, the brand comes out with new stones, and this spring, they've introduced a rose gold colorway that is totally on-trend. Whether you're looking for a gift for a fit friend or a new way to treat yourself, these clever and cute trackers are no-brainers. (Want more gift ideas?
