I've made quite a few small changes this year, and I've been loving the results. First, I've applied the verb "invest" to all aspects of my life, and that has helped me break my "all-or-nothing" approach to healthy living. It's helped me stay patient. I've also started adding things that make me feel pretty, pulled-together, and motivated. Small things like wearing cute workout clothes or getting a manicure make me feel like the kind of girl who is really healthy and fit, so then I'm more likely to do other things that make me feel healthy and fit!
