Sure, Oprah's annual list is meant to be a gift guide—but that doesn't mean you can't treat yourself, too.

The holiday season doesn't officially begin until you're given the gift of Oprah's Favorite Things List. At long last, the media mogul has shared her favorite things for 2019, and it features a whopping 80 items, so you know there are plenty of solid gift options for all the loved ones in your life.

Aside from seasonal favorites like cozy pajamas and blankets for those chilly winter nights, luxe foodie finds like a grapeseed oil gift set, and tech gadgets galore, Oprah didn't skimp on self-care goodies that you'll definitely want to click "add to cart" on—not just for your friends and family, but for yourself, too.

The full list is available on Amazon now. But if you don't feel like scrolling through 80 items, here are three of the top gifts you'll definitely want to treat yourself or a loved one to this holiday season.

First up: Oprah recommends Footnanny Hemp Extract Spa Treatment Set (Buy It, $150, amazon.com). This set of three products can be used all over your body for those days when your muscles need a little extra love and you don't want to worry about scheduling an appointment, dishing out for a pricey spa visit, or even leaving the house—a win all the way around.

The first product, Exfoliate, helps to exfoliate all over your body, removing dead skin cells to reveal soft, smooth skin beneath after washing off with a cloth or in the shower. Next up is Soothe, which you massage into dry skin for two minutes, before moving on to Relief, which you apply on top of Soothe for another two-minute massage. Oprah has been a fan of this female-owned brand for years. Back in 2014, she included Footnanny Holiday Gift Set (Buy It, $160, footnanny.com) on her Favorite Things List, and she's been featuring other products from the brand every year since. Footnanny CEO, Gloria Williams, now counts celebs like Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, Julia Roberts, Maria Shriver, and more as fans of her brand—because Oprah's seal of approval is worth its weight in gold, of course.

Hemp extract has been a buzzy beauty ingredient for a while now, but if you're not familiar with it, here's the scoop: First of all, even though hemp plants do contain CBD, hemp extract won't necessarily have CBD in it. (See: What's the Difference Between CBD, THC, Cannabis, Marijuana, and Hemp?)

Still, hemp extract boasts its own benefits, especially for skin-care. It can strengthen the skin's ability to fight off infections, and it may even be a helpful treatment for issues like eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis, according to a 2014 review published in the journal Pharmacognosy Review.

Oprah noted that she specifically asked Footnanny to whip up some products including hemp extract, and they did—that's the power of Oprah. "The ingredient excels in this set's cream, scrub, and salve, which provide targeted pain relief and relaxation," Oprah wrote. "Plus, they're elegantly scented, so they won't leave you smelling like Willie Nelson's dressing room."

Next on Oprah's list: Spanx The Perfect Black Pant Collection (Buy It, $110-$148, amazon.com). This pick should come as no surprise given that the talk show host brought the shapewear brand into the mainstream nearly two decades ago.

It's no secret that celebs love Spanx. Stars like Chrissy TeigenMindy KalingPadma Lakshmi, and more have relied on the brand's products for red carpet appearances for years. But Spanx has recently moved into workwear, creating four pairs of black pants that feel as comfy as leggings. They can be worn from the board room for meetings to the bar for happy hour—yes, really.

You can choose from the Cropped Flare, the Hi-Rise Flare, the Ankle Backseam Skinny, and the Ankle 4-Pocket pant. Available in sizes XS to 3X and in petite, regular, and tall lengths, these pants are chic without being too tight or restrictive. Reviewers say they offer tons of support and softness thanks to the fabric's four-way stretch. They'll look just as good as your favorite work trousers, without leaving you feeling like you need to rip them off the second you get home. The final item that Oprah added to her list this year is Michelle Obama's Becoming: A Guided Journal for Discovering Your Voice (Buy It, $14, amazon.com), which was announced just one day before Oprah finalized her list. ICYDK, the former First Lady's best-selling memoir was part of Oprah's Book Club last year when the book was first released.

Even if you've already read Becoming, you'll still want to snag the accompanying guided journal and read it again. Obama offers up more than 150 prompts for readers to write about the milestones in their lives as they follow along with hers. Plus, journaling is a known stress-reliever. "It's a great way to get thoughts of your head before bed," Michael J. Breus, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist specializing in sleep disorders and treatments who regularly appears on the The Dr. Oz Show, previously told us. "I usually recommend that people use a journal about three hours before bed."

So if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the family gatherings, shopping, work parties, and more that come with the holiday season, take some time to curl up with Obama's memoir, put pen to paper, and give yourself the gift of self-care.
