Life is all about compromise. At least, that's what they say. But I think when it comes to your health, it's okay if you don't always want to compromise. When it comes to my health, the one thing I won't do is give up sleep. Ever. If I don't have a good night's sleep, I don't function. If I miss a workout day or two? I can handle that. If I fall off the healthy eating wagon? It's okay, tomorrow's another day. But I try my hardest to never miss a good night's sleep. What about you guys? We asked some of our FB readers and favorite bloggers what they refuse to give up in the name of health. Here's what they had to say:

"Sleep! For me, sleep is the No. 1 thing I can do for my health. If I'm not well-rested, I'm more likely to eat junk food, skip my workout, act cranky, and generally just feel unhealthy and lethargic. I'm a morning person by nature, so that means I have to make a point to get to bed early."

"I won't ever let exercise disappear out of my life, no what things come up in my life or how busy I get! There is always time for exercise; you sometimes just have to adjust things to make it work."

"Raw, fresh, delicious, organic food. You've no doubt heard that "garbage in equals garbage out" - the opposite is just as true. We all have the power to be made of goodness, in so many ways."

"Eating organic fruits and veggies...especially if they are on the dirty dozen list, because I believe the chemicals used on conventional produce are not meant for human consumption."

"Taking vitamins. I may not eat right 100 percent of the time, but I always take a multi-vitamin and fish oil pill before bed every day."

The verdict is in and it looks like a lot of you agree that eating right, working out and getting enough sleep are important to maintaing a healthy quality of life. Don't see your answer here? Don't worry! We'll be posting a new question every day while the SHAPE 2011 Blogger Awards are live.
