An episode of the TV show Heroes that I wrote is going to be on next week, so I decided to throw a little party and invite friends over to have dinner and watch it with me. The menu-grilled shrimp, an heirloom tomato salad, and martinis made with citrus vodka and fresh watermelon juice-will taste amazing without throwing my diet off track. And I'm going to wear a slinky new dress that shows off the results of a year of workouts and healthy eating. I'm celebrating not just the hard work I did the show, but also all the hard work I've done on myself!
