Berry-Yogurt Smoothie with Honey


  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 banana (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
