Blueberry Miso Smoothie
Delicious, nutritious, and bursting with blueberry flavor. Whip up this smoothie in less than five minutes for a healthy snack on the go.
- 1 6 ounce container blueberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons shiro (white) miso
- kosher salt
- 1/2 lemon, juice
- 2 - 3 tablespoons honey
- Measure all ingredients into the pitcher of a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
