Blueberry Waldorf Salad


  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 Gala apples
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 6 ounces plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped, toasted walnuts


  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the yogurt and the lemon juice. Mix in the apple, blueberries and walnuts. Serve on a bed of fresh greens, if desired.
