Carrot Fries


  • 6 large carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut each carrot into 2-inch long sections, then cut each section into thin sticks. Toss carrots with olive oil and salt in a large bowl. Spread evenly on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until browned.
