Carrot-Vanilla Milk Shake


  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk Fresh mint, for garnish


  1. Chill two glasses in the freezer.
  2. Place ingredients in a blender and process on high until light and frothy. Pour into cold glasses and garnish with mint.
