- 2 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- 2 carrots, peeled
- 1 small apple of choice, peeled and cored
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups water
- Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.
