Cinnamon-Apple Crisp Crêpes


  • 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 Sweet Batter Crepes
  • 1 cup low-fat granola


  1. Combine first six ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer over medium heat 5 minutes, until apples are tender and liquid is reduced. Arrange crepes on a flat surface. Top with apple mixture and granola. Roll up and serve.
