Cliffs of Dover


  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 5 pieces of cucumber (muddled)
  • 2 ounces Hendricks gin


  1. Pour lemon juice and simple syrup into mixing tin. Add the cucumber and muddle. Add gin, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass.


  • To make the simple syrup mix equal parts sugar and water.
