Coconut-Almond Butter Tahini


  • Thai coconut milk
  • Rice wine vinegar
  • Almond butter
  • Honey
  • Tamari or soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Sriracha
  • Salt


  1. Add 1/4 cup each Thai coconut milk, rice wine vinegar, and almond butter, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce, 4 teaspoons sesame oil, 2 teaspoons Sriracha, and salt to taste to a food processor or blender. Blend until creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
