Creamy Chocolate Lava Dip


  • 1 1/2 cups canned undrained chickpeas, loose skins removed
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons hot water


  1. Wash and drain chickpeas.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth. Allow to set up in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
