Shake over ice 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. lemon juice, 3/4 oz. guava cordial, and a splash of rose water. Strain, and serve in a wineglass over ice. Top with 3 oz. sparkling wine. Garnish with edible flowers and a lemon twist.
Heat 8 oz. guava puree or juice in a saucepan. Combine heated guava with 1/4 cup sugar. Chill.
