Figs in Phyllo
- Phyllo dough
- Coconut oil
- Greek yogurt
- Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with coconut oil and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Slice into 1-by-3-inch strips, place a fig at the narrow end of each, and roll into small cylinders. Bake on a parchment-lined pan, seam side down, at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 6 to 8 minutes. Top with honey and thyme and serve with Greek yogurt.
