Fromage Blanc, Roasted Strawberries, and Herb Sandwich
- Agave nectar or honey
- Grilled wheat bread
- Fromage blanc
- Spring herbs such as basil, mint, or tarragon
- Balsamic vinegar
- Stem and halve 2 pints strawberries and toss with 2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey. Roast on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a 375 degree oven until soft, 30 to 35 minutes. Spread grilled wheat bread with fromage blanc, top with roasted strawberries, and sprinkle with spring herbs such as basil, mint, or tarragon. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar to finish.
