Fruit and Cheese Skewers


  • Fresh mozzarella balls
  • Mango
  • Fresh raspberries
  • 6-inch skewers
  • Basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze


  1. Drain an 8-ounce container of cherry-size fresh mozzarella balls and halve each one. Peel and cube a mango into 1/2-inch pieces, and wash and dry a 6-ounce container of fresh raspberries. On a 6-inch skewer, thread a raspberry, followed by a basil leaf (folded in half), a piece of mozzarella, a basil leaf, a mango cube, a basil leaf, a piece of mozzarella, a basil leaf, and a raspberry. Repeat on additional skewers, and arrange them on a platter. Drizzle with store-bought balsamic glaze.
