Ginger-Lime Chia Drink


  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)


  1. Stir together honey, water, ginger, lime juice, and chia seeds. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with mint if desired.
