.Go Berry with Banana Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 small quartered banana
  • 1/2 cup halved strawberries


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
