High-Fiber Yum Chai Smoothie

- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 2 scoops BODY Inner Beauty Powder
- 2 cups almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1 pinch of turmeric
- 4 ice cubes, made using filtered water
