Honey-Lime Watermelon and Chia Dressing
- Cubed watermelon
- Lime Juice
- Chia seeds
- In a blender or a food processor, blend 1 cup cubed watermelon, 1/4 cup blackberries, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup lime juice, and 2 tablespoons mint until smooth. Stir in 2 teaspoons chia seeds and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
