Low-Calorie Mint Tzatziki Sauce


  • 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 large English cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
