Mango Slaw


  • Store-bought chili paste
  • Lime juice
  • Fish sauce
  • Minced lemongrass
  • Mango
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • Red serrano pepper


  1. Mix together 1 teaspoon store-bought chili paste, 1/2 cup lime juice, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, and 1 teaspoon minced lemongrass. Peel and julienne 1 mango, slice 4 kaffir lime leaves and 1 red serrano pepper, and toss them with some of the dressing.
