Passionfruit Smoothie Bowl


  • Passion fruit puree
  • Brown sugar
  • Banana
  • Greek yogurt
  • Soy milk
  • Ice
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Salt


  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup passion fruit puree and 1 tablespoon brown sugar and cook over very low heat until mixture begins to thicken, about 15 minutes (monitor closely to avoid burning). Set aside and cool completely. Blend together 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup ice, 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt. Pour into a bowl, top with a dollop of Greek yogurt, and drizzle with the passion fruit mixture.
