Poke Sauce


  • 1 cup organic tamari
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Place tamari, sugar, water, sesame oil, and red pepper in a small bowl. Whisk together until sugar dissolves, about 30 seconds.
