Soba Noodles with Tahini

Soba Noodles with Tahini


  • Tahini
  • Honey
  • Grated carrot
  • Canned tuna or salmon
  • Cooked soba
  • Lemon wedges


  1. Stir together 1 tablespoon tahini, 1/4 teaspoon honey, a pinch of salt, and 1 1/2 teaspoons water. Toss with 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1/4 cup canned tuna or salmon, and 1 cup cooked soba, adding water as needed to thin sauce. Garnish with lemon wedges.
