Spicy Mango Lemonade
The cayenne pepper helps boost metabolism, and the coconut water replaces the electrolytes lost through sweat, says Lori Zanini, R.D.N., a consultant for the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan.
- 8 ounces coconut water
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Blend coconut water, mango, and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in cayenne pepper.
