This sweet, refreshing fruit recipe is perfect for summertime.
- 2 quarts strawberries
- 1 small bunch fresh mint, minced
- Juice of 1/2 large lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon organic cane sugar
- Hull strawberries and slice into quarters. Place in a large salad bowl.
- Add mint, lemon juice, and sugar and toss gently to combine. Serve family style, or divide into parfait glasses.
