Strawberry Salad


  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 large lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic cane sugar


  1. Hull strawberries and slice into quarters. Place in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add mint, lemon juice, and sugar and toss gently to combine. Serve family style, or divide into parfait glasses.
