Strawberry Shortcake


  • 1 cup low-fat whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 1-inch-thick slices commercial angel food cake
  • 1 cup fresh sliced strawberries


  1. In a small bowl, whisk whipped topping with yogurt. Spoon over angel food slices.
  2. Cover cream with sliced fresh strawberries. Garnish with remaining cream.
