Shake over ice 1 1/2 oz. dark rum, 1 oz. lime juice, 3/4 oz. Cara Cara orange juice (or substitute navel oranges), and 3/4 oz. agave solution (dilute agave syrup with hot water at a 1-to-1 ratio). Strain, and serve in a double rocks glass over ice. Top with 1/2 oz. Aperol, creating a pink-orange color. Garnish with an orange wedge.
