Super Green Smoothie

Super Green Smoothie


  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Filtered water to taste
  • Spirulina (optional)
  • Pinch of bee pollen and black chia seeds to garnish


  1. Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender.
  2. Top with chia seeds and serve fresh.
