Sweet Kale Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 ripe pear, cored and chopped
- 1 tightly packed cup chopped kale leaves
- 1 tightly packed cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon raw coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes, for garnish
- Agave (optional)
Directions
- Place pear, kale, spinach, water, cinnamon, and coconut oil in a blender and process until smooth. Depending on pear's sweetness, add agave to taste after blending. Top with coconut flakes and serve immediately.
