The Mango-Kale Kick


  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 mango, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup coconut water


  1. In a high-power juicer, juice baby spinach, kale, and mango into a clean pitcher. Add coconut water and whisk well to combine. (If not drinking immediately, refrigerate covered with plastic wrap.)
