US Open Low Fat Yogurt Fruit Parfait


  • 8 ounces non-fat yogurt
  • 2 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 ounces fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 ounces granola


  1. Mix the yogurt until smooth. Fill a cup with 4 oz yogurt. Top with strawberries, then top with 2 oz. yogurt. Top with 2 oz. blueberries, then the remaining yogurt. Top with remaining granola.
