Vegan Green Tea "Ice Cream"
Creamy, decadent, yet dairy-free, this frozen treat makes a tasty dessert that won't weigh you down.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until a creamy, ice cream-like texture forms. Serve immediately.
