Heat a large pan over medium heat for 30 seconds. Add oil and heat 1 minute. Add onions and garlic, and let cook 1 minute. Add spices and heat until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add bell pepper, mushrooms, and chickpeas, and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 to 2 minutes until mushrooms start to get glossy and peppers get soft. Add kale and cover for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir kale 30 to 45 seconds until uniformly bright green. Remove from heat and add salt to taste.
