Zesty Mango Dessert


  • Large mangoes
  • Limes
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika (optional)
  • Sugar


  1. Thinly slice 2 large mangoes and refrigerate. Squeeze the mango flesh that remains around the pit into a medium bowl, add the juice of 2 limes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional), and whisk. Remove cold mango slices from the refrigerator, sprinkle lightly with sugar, and drizzle with lime dressing.
