Zesty Zucchini Smoothie
- 2 cups chopped collard greens
- 2 small zucchinis
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 1 Roma tomato
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated horseradish
- 2 cups water
- Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.
