Curtis Jackson, better known as 50 Cent, was not even close to prepared before walking into his first yoga class. "I didn't know what I thought I was going to do. You know, you go to yoga. I thought I was going to stretch in a sauna, just stretch and have a good time," the rapper told Harry Connick Jr. during Thursday's episode of Harry. "It started out good and then the ladies started going faster and faster. It was difficult moves for you to put your body in different spaces and I was like, 'what?' and I'm looking around to see if other people are having the same experience. I ended up in a class that was a little too advanced for me," he says.

The 41-year-old continued by admitting that his experience was a sort of rude awakening. Though he is no stranger to exercise, he definitely developed a new appreciation for the practice by trying it out for himself.

"You can't just step in thinking you can do what they do because you see these hot girls going in the room with the yoga mat," he says. "You're like, 'I can do that, whatever they doing in there.' No, you can't."

While it doesn't seem like 50 Cent will be stepping back onto a yoga mat anytime soon, we can't help but credit him for giving it a shot.
