Last week, she shared a grueling Instagram video, while getting chemotherapy treatment. (DISCLAIMER: If you hate needles, you might want to pass on this one.)
The next day, she posted another video explaining how even though she doesn't enjoy chemo or getting poked in the chest, she felt that getting up and moving makes the healing process a lot easier.
"I believe that just moving helps so much in the healing process," she wrote. "Some days are easy workouts and other days I push it, but the key is to MOVE!"
And she did just that. Later that night, the 45-year-old celeb shared a video of herself dancing her pain away in a fun dance class with trainer Neda Soder.
"Yes I was tired, yes I wanted to be in bed but I went and moved and felt way better," she wrote. "Any exercise during illness is good. We can do it!"

Never change, Shannen Doherty. Your journey is truly inspirational.
