New York Fashion Week may not be the Olympics, but let's be real, it can be unthinkably hectic and exhausting. To make sure you're on top of your game, you have to stay energized-and nothing does that quite like an invigorating morning workout. So, in collaboration with Teen Vogue and Nike, Olympic gold medalist Allyson Felix decided to put supermodel Kai Newman through a Fashion Week Bootcamp.

Allyson uses moves from the Nike+ Training Club app to show Kai what it takes to start your day off on a strong note. The duo breaks a sweat in the five-minute video, which includes five exercises, starting with walkouts. Then, the pair moves on to dynamic runner lunges, side-plank knee drives, A-skips, and high knees.

The best part? You can do this workout at home since it doesn't require any equipment. You can also download the app, which offers several workouts designed by Allyson and other athletes, celebrities, and trainers, if you're looking for more of a challenge.

The same can't be said for Kai, though, who could barely keep up with the highly-motivated Olympian.

"I think I'm going to stick to modeling," Kai jokes once they wrap things up. And we don't blame her.

Watch the pair do their thing in the video below.
