It's just been three months since the Gossip Girl alum gave birth to her second child with hubby Ryan Reynolds, but she's already trying to make a change.
The 29-year-old took to Instagram Monday to announce that she's *definitely* going to lose that baby weight and fit into her jeans again.

While Lively is enthusiastic about getting back into shape, she has previously opened up about the unrealistic body expectations women face after giving birth. The pressure of losing weight and returning to your pre-baby weight is intense, and she believes it simply isn't fair.
"There shouldn't be that negative 'ugh' after someone has a baby," she recently told PEOPLE in an interview. "Your body is so beautiful." Preach!
