Megan Jayne Crabbe wants us all to practice self-love as the holiday season comes to an end.

We've all had those moments during the holiday season when we've been hard on ourselves-especially when it comes to our bodies. Thankfully, body-positive blogger Megan Jayne Crabbe is here to remind us that it really doesn't have to be that way.

In a recent Instagram post, the 23-year-old shared a picture of her belly before and after Christmas lunch to preach the importance of practicing self-love during this time of year.

"To anyone currently feeling guilty about the amount of food in their stomach: it's okay," she reassures her 352,000 followers. "Tummies are supposed to grow and expand and let us experience all kinds of delicious moments. You are no less beautiful, valuable or lovable whether you are full or empty."

This isn't the first time Crabbe has shared a powerful body-positive message. She first made headlines when she started her @bodyposipanda account and showed us all that weight gain can be just as powerful as weight loss.

"Treat your food baby nicely," she continues. "Don't pull or grab yourself, don't be rough. Be gentle, touch yourself kindly, appreciate the softness."

"When the guilt creeps up, tell yourself that everything is okay," she concludes her post, which has received over 21,000 likes. "What you've eaten today doesn't determine one single bit of how wonderful you are."
