I have a new secret weapon that's making it a lot easier to stick to my diet: a Panini press! It transforms my typical turkey on whole wheat into a toasty, grilled sandwich—all without adding any butter or oil. It's really quick and easy to use. My current favorite is a take on the Cuban: turkey, a pinch of shredded provolone, sliced pickles, and mustard on whole grain bread. I simply place it between the preheated grill plates, and by the time I finish checking my email, my sandwich is hot and melty. I'm always on the lookout for anything that will encourage me to cook my own meals instead of ordering takeout. This appliance helps me prepare food that’s healthier, less expensive, and every bit as tasty as anything I could have delivered.
