My schedule's been so busy lately I've had a hard time getting myself to the gym. If I only have one hour to exercise, I don't want to spend half of it in the car driving. So I've been working out at home more. But while it's a lot more convenient, I was getting a little bored. Then I found some classic aerobics videos in a box of things from high school and have been having a blast revisiting the routines I did as a teenager. Three of my favorites:

1. Step Reebok: The Workout (with live drummers providing the soundtrack)

2. Jane Fonda's New Workout (an oldie but goodie)

3. MTV The Grind Workout: Hip Hop Aerobics (Eric Nies was hot!)

Although I'll be happy when my workload lightens and I can go to the gym regularly again, it's good to know I have the tapes as a fun, effective backup.
