Today I hit a huge milestone—I dropped below 200 pounds! Stepping on the scale at the gym this morning, I had to move the counter-weight down a notch. That made every second of hard work I’ve been doing totally worth it: My weight starts with a “1” now instead of a “2.” Even though it’s only a pound less than what I weighed last week, it feels like so much more. Besides being incredibly exciting, this is also really motivating. I won’t forget how proud I feel at this moment, and I’m determined never to be more than 200 pounds again!
