Catch me if I fall?
I came across this photo from National Geographic of base jumpers in Yosemite National Park. It struck me not just because they're insanely high up (yes I am a little scared of heights), but also because they are running toward the edge. This feels like how my life has been over the last few months, with the cliff representing weight loss. In the beginning I was rushing toward the drop-off and now I feel like I am falling, physically and mentally. I am trying to figure out how to release the parachute that will help me feel safe and on the right track again. I know I'll figure it out though and that this is just a rough patch. What do you do when you feel like you are "falling" away from your goals?
