Breakfast: Oatmeal with chopped apple and soya milk

Lunch: Wholemeal wrap with tomatoes, olives and cheese

Snacks: Grapes, rice pudding, Macchiato

Dinner: Home-made pizza with artichokes, peppers, tomatoes, olives, cheese

total: 1930 kcal

EXERCISE: Yoga Class, 45 minutes


Today I ate a bit more than the rest of the week, I just felt a bit more hungry. And we had amazing home-made pizza! Nom. Yoga Class was good and pretty difficult this morning. Usually I sleep in on Sundays but hopefully I can get up a little bit earlier than usual and squeeze in at least a small workout.

Dreaming of all the nice clothes I want to wear when I'm at my goal weight. That's always motivating, too.
